Power steering belt too long

Power steering belt too long
I ordered some belts from Rock Auto for my '66 with A/C. The belt I got was a couple inches too long. Anyone else having this trouble with ordering belts out of a catalog?

Do you have it on the idler pully?
Re: Power steering belt too long
The power steering belt goes around the fan pulley. There is no idler. The A/C compressor belt goes around two idler pulleys.

I had the same issue with Tbird vendor belts; then I bought a AC Delco A/C belt from NAPA. It fit properly. Note that my belts are different from your ‘66 belts.
