Parts Vendors

I think it's time parts vendors start checking quality of parts before they send them overseas. Once again I'm in the conundrum of receiving a part that is damaged. It seems that this is an ongoing problem and must cost them a fortune each year. And it's not always the same company. It costs me time and money if I have to return something. Post to and from this part of the world isn't cheap. I could fix the door actuator that I received by welding up the holes and redrilling and flattening out the backing plate but why should I. I've contacted the company concerned and await their reply. Rant over.
