Battery Ground

The negative cable from the battery bolts to the block using one of the generator hold down bolts. There is a 10 ga wire from the inner fender clamp (for the starter cable) to the back of the cylinder head on the 352, and to the starter bolt on the 430.

Did finally figure it out, since then burned up the starter stayed engaged
looks like got a new starter , still hear it spinning...think the gear is slipping off hte worm gear and hanging on the flywheel...starts quick, just don't want to burn up the new 200.00 starter
