Forums Upgraded to phpBB 3.2.0

Post by Yoda »

I've completed the upgrade and most things seem to be working.

I'm aware that the logo at the top left is messed up and I'll look into that.

If you encounter any other problems, please comment below.

I also had to refresh the opening page.
PLEASE invest a few bucks and buy all the shop manuals for your car. Definitely will save you much time and be an education.

Logo should be fixed now. May require a page refresh.

Looks OK to me. Did you refresh that page (Refresh icon/F5/Ctl-R)? Sounds like more of the browser holding on to the 3.1 styling instructions.

Hitting Refresh cleared out the background junk. Thanks, Brian!

Brian just sent a PM as full screen was a mess. Once PM sent the system cleared. All I had was red circles and non controlled pockets. Seemed to clear now.
FYI, for the past two weeks my service provider had an issue with my access to the site (this site only). Blamed it on the malwear issue back about 2 weeks ago. Have been working with over writes to keep me up on system. Do not know if that has any effect but just thought to mention.
What I see so far looks OK.

Also Brian, if no one else says it; and I know they may not say it by accident; we all THANK YOU for your efforts. Keeping the site going and the work it involves, we all are happy it is happening. The behind the scenes stuff sometimes is forgotten. Hip Hip Whoray!

Thanks again

You're welcome. Glad your screen cleared up. I think everyone is getting the red circles the first time back on the site.

Similar thing: have been able to access the site from mobile app (Android) and from my home laptop, but like Wally noted a few weeks ago I couldn't open from my computer at work. To the best of my knowledge our IT people haven't put any blocks on but something's not letting me view. Will have to try next week after holiday to check again and capture message that comes up.
