Thanks you but how to do with the modern seat belt buying from NPD with chrome fixation with only one hole ?

Each of my seat belts are attached to the floor of the car as shown in Figure 3 of the diagram that has been posted.

I wouls just utilize one of the existing holes where the sets of two hole are located. I would use the outermost holes on both sides of the car and the two innermost holes on both sides of the tunnel. Just make sure to use a strong bolt (grade 10 if possible) I would also put a washer on both sides of the floor (inside & outside). just to insure a really good support where the bolts go through the floor.
