I am looking at getting rid of the overflow tank and installing a conventional Radiator with fill cap in my 65 Tbird.
Has any of you guys done this or know what parts would fit?
I figure I would also have to change the thermostat housing out as well...
Thanks for any help

Lots of guys have done this with their 390s, just not many that own thunderbirds. You may have better luck finding your answer at a site called Club Hot Rod Forums. They have a motor tech section with a sub section specifically for FE motors. You would have to source out a thermostat housing off of something like a mustang or truck with the FE and the same could be said for the rad as well. Or just run a custom alluminum one.
