bumper jack base

Well thanks to Jim I now have a spare tire nicely tucked in the trunk. But now I discovered that I need the jack base to bolt the tire down. I do have the bolt and the wing nut. I also have the rest of the jack snugly tucked into the wheel well. Anyone have a spare jack base to sell. This is for a 1966 convertible.
