Carburetor options

Post by Brettstgermain74 »

My 74 tbird came with a spankin new holley 600 on it and the original motocraft carb in the trunk. I believe its a 4300a. Not sure. It has d4ve ab stamped on the base.. The intake is a d4ve c1b intake.. What carburetor can i use. This holley was mounted with a d7pe carb spacer with blocked off egr. NOBODY ON THIS NET WILL GIVE ANY STRAIGHT ANSWER.. EVERYONE JUST BEATS AROUND THE BUSH. what carb can i use. I HATE HOLLEY WITH A PASSION.! And this motocraft is a rusted and unuseable pos.! What are my options.

Call a company in Florida named "Guaranteed Carburetor" with your info from the old carb and they will fix you up with what you need plus give a lifetime warrantee on the product. I use them for all of my resto projects and am very satisfied. They are great people to work with.
