Have you checked out that your issue is not the rotary wheel contained in the dash control unit? If you have a vacuum pump test each actuator with it, not easy to get at the vacuum hoses but would be a good place to start.

Those are not vacuum solenoids they are vacuum operated diaphragm controls. The straight ones are the only thing available today unless you happen to come across some new old stock parts. These are used in the trim of the package tray on both the hardtop and convertible, there is a left and right side. The Osborne Body and Interior manual show them and where they are located exactly.

It is difficult to see the wire colors for sure but looks to me the one is red one is yellow if the other is blue or could be white with a blue trace. I have all my pictures on my computer and have had since I purchased my first digital camera, able to store them in albums and files. Bonus is can look at them on a 27" screen.
You should be able to save them ao your phone also and post direct to forum.
