window glue
Got mr passenger window back from the glass shop again -- never to go back. They got the window secured in the track, but didn't finish filling the channel with glue. What can I use to finish the job?

Window motor
I have the window out of the door. The motor will run strong and feat all the way up. Going down it slows quite a bit in the last third of travel. I don't see any binding on the regulator arms, and I have fresh grease on all the joints. Does this mean the motor is on it's way out?

Another question, I was driving my 69 with the cruise set at 65. i drove over a bridge that had a noticeable bump at the edge of it. Hitting this bump caused the cruise to disconnect. i hit the rsume button and it came back to the previous setting. Is this a sign of a weak relay, brake switch or sho...

I have access to the '68 wiring diagram. I went to NAPA's web site and they have a picture of what I need. I'm beginning to think that the STA terminal isn't marked and mine is broken. I'd have to drop by the store and see it for real. My next choice is to have mine rebuilt or buy new. From what I h...

65 AMp Alternator
I went out today to run the wire from the electric choke to the STA terminal on the alternator. I could only find these connections. BAT, GRD, FLD. I don't see a STA terminal. The shop manual shows the terminal just up from the BAT, but there is not one there. It also says there should be a black/wh...

Noises and Vibes
I came across a new problem the other day when I drove my 69 Fordor to work. Got on the highway and started to feel a vibration through the steering wheel, and the rest of the car. I could also almost hear it. At first I thoght it was the road, but it isn't. Also it sounded like the fan was hitting ...

Console
I'm getting ready to redo the console. What's the best way to redo the felt in the seat belt holders and inside the armrest? Should I use glue and felt material or is there something I can spray in there?

I will look into the distrubtor. Last year I went round and round with Pony Carbs. They rebuilt my 4300 and I could never get it to lean out. It ran so rich I wound up replacing the fouled out plugs in less than 500 miles. I now have a Holley (80457s) on it now and it runs a lot better. The plugs I'...

It just turned over 70,000. I'm also leaning towards the carbon build up. Around town I have no problem with it pinging no matter how long I drive it. However, if I'm on the highway, after I get off, it will ping under accelleration. What can i do to see how much carbon is built up in it, and how do...
