Glove Box Trim
Good afternoon gentlemen. Have a quick question. How do I remove the glove box trim on my 1957. It looks to just slide off - but I've learned my lesson about forcing things that look easy to remove. The trim has a small bend/dent in it that I just noticed when sunlight reflects off of it , otherwise...

Re: Were are these for?
Yep, they are for seat belts. My 57 has them too, along with the seat belts.

Re: Help with metal trim
Hazard - thank you very much. It seemed self evident at first but not so much after. This is perfect. Thanks again.

Help with metal trim
since my last post on this I purchased the stainless steel metal trim molding and weatherstripping. It is for the bottom edge of my 57 hardtop. What I thought would be self evident has eluded me. I am unsure as to how to attach the molding and weather stripping. The steel trim pictured is labeled as...

AGM Battery Case disassembly
I would be interested in this conversion as well. When I purchased my 57, it had a replica Power Punch battery. Had some body work done on the car by a local body shop, and when I picked it up, the battery was dead and wouldn't take a charge and the regulator, as well, did not produce a charge. The ...

Metal trim on hardtop
Just noticed that the trim piece on my 57 hardtop appears to be "peeling/ flaking". It is the trim piece along the rear lower edge adjacent to the back deck. I though that this piece was chrome or stainless - but I guess not. I purchased the car with the hardtop so I don't know if the trim...

Re: First Place !
Congratulations. it's nice to see a T Bird win. I have participated in several car shows over the last two years, and have won some trophies -but I have noticed a strong bias toward Chevrolets. Anyone else notice this?

Greg, sorry to be dense, but were able to start to the thread bolt with the universal? Or could you start it with your fingers?
Thanks
