I don't think it made ME feel stupid, although it is a stupid idea to me. I have never owned a ford before this one, can't say that I wouldn't buy another though... As someone mentioned earlier, this doesn't make it possible to downshift threw the gears.... I like scumdogs idea, think I might pull m...

Okay, looks as though I've got the screw in the right spot.

I suppose I'll just keep the weatherstripping that I have, and just cut it.

Thanks for all the help!

**Ill put some shots in the "show off" thread here in a day or 2, need to get it cleaned up

THANKS

All right, I 've got a hunch... The screw that goes threw the washer -is this the hole? http://i48.tinypic.com/sbk2h5.jpg http://i49.tinypic.com/2i9o9jo.jpg Should go something like this, up under the trim? Also whether or not I am on the right track- should the bigger hump be on the outside of the ...

I am curious as to what kind of noise the pump is making, is there foam in the reservoir ? -It can be a sign of air in the line

I have been using type F in mine, since I've owned the car (2 years now)

transmission shifting question

While in drive the car wants to stay in second gear, until a certain rpm is reached (not sure what rpm, I have no tach) -then it shifts into 3rd. It shifts back down into second, once the rpm has lowered... Does not ever go into 1st, unless I pull the shifter down... I am assuming the "kickdown" nee...

need some pointers installing roofrail weather striping

I am assuming I should silicone the new rubber into the metal channel/trim...

On one end the is a washer embedded in the rubber, not sure where it goes.

A picture would be great help.

Anything is appreciated, I am not sure where to start.

Thanks
