Whatever you end up doing, if you order a new tank, 61 tanks are different from 62/63…

Interesting… Thank you for the picture. My 61 definitely had one at one time. The wiring is laying on the manifold and taped up. Just out of curiosity, where does the vacuum line plum to after it leaves the back of the Solenoid…

Does anyone have pictures of the Idle control solenoid that was installed on air conditioned cars that would bump the idle up when the A/C was engaged… I know what it looks like just never seen one on a car.

Looking for nice used original rear bumper rubbers. They dont need to be perfect but would like at least nice. I know re-pops are made but they do not fit nicely on convertibles. let me know... Thank You.

Turns out it was a combination of a leaky hose that fed the deck lid cylinders and low fluid in the top circuit. Somehow the system was siphoning fluid from the top circuit for the deck lid so even though the circuit for the top had no leaks it was bone dry. I replaced all the hoses in the trunk and...

Thank You for the pointers. I will check connections first since that's the easiest, cheapest, and cleanest path. If that doesn't work I will have to source some valves to swap out and see if they work any better.
