I'll hit up a few shops for comparison and see who might have done similar in the past.

Have you guys ever had to replace a windshield? I don' even know where to source one, let alone find someone to put it in.

Well, I forced mine on 2 headlights. On one of them, the adjustment screw came out completely, and the other just lost its grip for adjustment. I haven't figured out how to fix those yet - fortunately I rarely drive after dark!
