Hey guys, can you please give me some guidance on where and what to order. Looking for wide whitewalls for my '57. I've read about the tire rub on the skirts, so want to avoid that...thanks, Byron

Holley carburator issue
My '57 Holley 4150 operates ok for the most part. After sitting for 25+ years, the car started right up after changing the fuel/water pump among other things. I have an issue with hesitation when I apply too much pedal coming off a stop however. If not applied very gradually it will stall. I suspect...

Re: Ignition coil
Paul2748 you were correct sir, I put the old condenser back in and she started right up. I also noticed that the old one is heavier than the new one. Though I've drained the tank a couple times, I may head that advice and drain the tank or replace....thanks for the help!

Re: Ignition coil
Thanks, changed coil, same issue except now it won't start, it kicks a bit but no start. I do smell fuel while pumping the accelerator however. A little confused by it all cuz it was running great before. Will try flushing out fuel tank again. If that doesn't solve the problem and I change out the t...

Ignition coil
Driving my '57 for the first time today at highway speed, 55mph. Went about 5 miles then turned around. Car ran great initially then suddenly started missing/backfiring real bad, somehow limped home. The temps were all good, not even half way. I've changed the points and plugs already, am thinking t...
