No the doors will not fit. The outer skin is the same but they changed the inner frame because they moved the location of the door latch and striker.

In the case of the Mass. car the 2 would be an error. It should be a Z. People read it wrong frequently. It would be a 390 car. People seldom screw up on the Q for the 428.
