Thanks Alan ! And yes...I try to avoid damage to the trim as I know that it is a nightmare to get new ones - a specially when you live in Spain. Hi Guys, I need to bring my -68 to the paint shop for a complete repaint. As I live in Spain, there is almost nobody that knows how to take trim of my car without damaging all. This I do not like to happen....so I am on my knees to find somebody in our forum to give me advice. I am a mechanic myself...

Thanks a lot for replies on my sealing problem ! I know it will be difficult to find a good one that is previous used. Thanks for reply ! My car is a 2-door Landau Coupe. I have seen the gaskets from Macs Autoparts, but they are sold as a pair and for me a little high priced. Would be happy to get a good used one from a junkyard or privat seller.

Thanks for reply ! Yes, brake lights work on both sides. When I push in emergency light nothing works until I set the turn signal switch to the left. Then it works on the left side, dead to the right. When emergency is pulled out all is dead. Seams like the trunk relays and motor work fine. All bulb...

Hi, I had this once with one of my cars. It turned out to be the coil. Try to change that and probably your Bird fly again.........

Hi, I am a newbee here in this forum and writing from Spain. I just bought a 1968 Thunderbird 429 in very good condition with just 14.000 original miles. Got a couple of problems someone maybe knows the answer to. I worked alot on vintage cars but mostly GM.(sorry) My prblem number 1 with my Bird is...
