Re: Tranny noise
Thanks for the idea. Finally got under there the other day and put some wrenches on it and they didn't budge. Hit every other bolt I could find under there with the same results. Gonna throw it up on a lift next and get the weight off the drive train and give that a shot. Any other ideas are still w...

Tranny noise
I've started having a severe clunk only when shifting into reverse. I've crawled under and had a friend put it in gear to see if I could pinpoint it out of the case or the bell but it's so loud it's indeterminable to pinpoint. It shifts smooth through the gears and into drive just find without any h...

Re: 79 tbird parts car
Sorry for the delay. The chrome moldings that are there are gnarled and mangled but the fenders are just fine. Not sure how that happened. The tail light lense and arm rest are yours if you still want them.

Re: 79 tbird parts car
Wheel is red (along with the car)
The driver side arm rest is cracked on the rear screw mounting but the passenger side is fine.
Driver side tail lens had a small crack but the passenger is fine.

79 tbird parts car
I will be acquiring a 79 bird as a parts car. Everything is pretty solid. The motor is already spoken for but if there are any 77-79 bird brains out there that are interested in some parts either pm or post here. The car is located in Portsmouth VA.
