What did your shop mechanic say when you told him about the A/C?
Most of the time these guys will work with you if your problem is less than one year on their work?

Cragar 30 spokes

JR, You will want to be real careful here and I would rather someone other than myself be answering this, but here goes. You need to make sure your manufacture knows what make & model of vehicle you are buying their product for. Not all wheels are the same, and that is especially true on your T-...

'65 AM/FM radio - confused

JR, Since I'm so slow in answering this, hopefully you've already gotten an "unposted" reply from some one. But if not, here's my suggestion. Your radio is probably fixed as your shop repairman says, and you've got either wiring or speaker problems with your car. This is real easy to trace...

Probably in the head itself, but I would look at both ends while you are into that system. If your units are original and untouched, the lubricant is probably way too stiff by now and a good cleaning and lithium replacement would go a long way right now. Also, it's possible (but unlikely) that just ...

Sounds like your switch cut-offs are just a little out of adjustment and not stopping the electrical over hydralics action when it should. This could be from either a carbon build-up on the contacts or the switch height(s) being too low. Too low and the deck ends up getting pulled down too far thus ...

Well Aramis, I was hopeing someone better than I would post a reply, but here it is. I would look into the Constant Voltage Regulator system (part 15-4 of your service manual) and start working both ways from there. Sounds also like you might have an intermitent open wire that could be making connec...

Welcome JPA ! That is a nice looking bird. And I agree with Don about ordering a service manual. Course, two would be nice if you are going to work on your car yourself, or even have one to "loan" to your -trusted- mechanic when he works on your car. And you might as well buy the high qual...

Good question and I was hoping someone would answer this other than the moderator, but here goes my 2 cents. First I suggest - if it's not broke - don't fix it. If you have drawn out a sample of the Type F automatic transmission fluid (which is the type used) and it does not look cloudy, contaminate...

Forum readers !
Read the topic entitled "Rear Springs" and Alan Tast's reply and note the last paragraph tells where to find the OEM part numbers in the 64-66 Original Factory Specification book that you can buy at the VTCI store online. Now that's convenient !!
