Now there is a 7.3 pushrod iron block Godzilla engine.
I wonder how long before one finds its way into a Rocketbird?

Re: H4/H1 Halogen Headlight Conversion
I did the H4/H1 conversion years ago....I used Hellas from an old Jag XJS, and they work extremely well.
Took some work, but so worth it.
Big fan of the Hella/Cibie E codes.

Re: 62 Front suspension options
I kept thinking about this.....A Rocketbird that drives and rides like a Jag.
Looking closer into this, XK6/XJS are easy and cheap to find.

Re: 62 front break conversion
I just wish we had common available quality suspension parts, rebuilt mine and a year or so later boots were shot.
I also am working towards a Jag swap…….but in a 1941 Coupe.
No way id swap my Rocketbird, the stock suspension works too well.

Re: Baby Moon Hubcaps
I ran a stainless set of Econoline baby flippers for a bit, just wasn't a good look for my Bulletbird.

I have a 85 XJS that I'm using the suspension under my 1941 Chevrolet Coupe, front and rear.

Re: 17 Mustang Rims on a 63??
Has anyone run these wheels? Those are the newer Torque Thrust with a different offset, so not sure. I ran the earlier 2001 Bullitt Torque thrust on my '62 with no issues. I did add spacers up front for looks, and even fit the skirts with them. ./image-archive/i1341.photobucket.com/albums/o756/Rogu...
