Efi ready fuel tank
Has anyone found and used an efi ready fuel tank for their ‘61-63 Bird. I am jumping to either a Holley sniper or Fitech system and want to do a return line and want to do an in tank pump

@bbogue thank you. I probably should have been more descriptive. I am using a relay, (always) with a temp switch in front of it. I have already upgraded to a modern alternator because of the low amp output of the gen. I was just looking to pull keyed 12v without going thru the firewall. but alas, i ...

Keyed power for Electrical fan
I am installing an electric fan to aid in cooling my '61 Bird. I believe i can pulled keyed power off of the starter solenoid. Can someone clarify for me.

intake vacuum port size
1961 thunderbird crankcase to intake port. The crankcase breather tube in connected to the front vacuum port on the intake. What thread is this? I need more room for my legs. My steering wheel in my 61 is riding my legs. I was thinking about swapping a wheel from another bird with less dish and a smaller circumference. I believe the 61-63 wheel is a 39 spline wheel with 6.5 inch dish and 16" circumference. is the 58-60 the same..has any...

It could also be the neutral safety. Switch. You should get a remote starter (cheap) from the local auto parts store and see it it fires up

great idea. I took an inch out and re-welded the brackets but it wasnt enough clearance. I may try your solution as it sounds easier than the column shortening i considered. any pics of your solution?
