Im not sure about the 14 in rims...but if I knew then what I know now i would check out abs power brakes its in Orange CA https://abspowerbrake.com/ i wish I had dealt with them whenI did my conversion.

So I'm thinking about changing my rims and tires back to more stock..I have changed to a disc brakes so 14in wheels are out. I was thinking 15in but I need some info on the rest of the sizing..i don't know 15 x7 or 15x8. I'm also expecting I will have to buy online if my usual rim shop doesn't work ...

My 61 will just diesel a bit every once in awhile I'm thinking its the timing...Im wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this and possible solutions..

I had a steering box go bad...What it did was turn left when I took my hand off the wheel it could park itself it turned so sharply...lol..But when driving with hands on the wheel I felt no pull..So it may be the box..Maybe take to another shop just to double check the alignment vs changing out the ...

tail light socket
is there a trick to removing the tail light socket from the bucket ? also try to disconnect the wires or just splice in to the old ???? Any thoughts... I'm having a wierd electric issue with the tail lights/ brake lights hoping its just the socket throwing things out of wack...

I looked into it about a year ago..I don't remember the brand of efi I was gonna get it was reasonably price what got me was all the "extras" fuel pump etc...so the $650 turned to 1200-2000 if i wanted it installed...also to me the plus didn't warrant the expense..I did learn that the reas...

I see...well they have a manual calibration you may wanna do when you put the tank in..I'm using their sender and since it didnt calibrate to fuel correctly i had to do it...now i get to calibrate it to empty..once i get low i will have to drain the tank..lol..

62bird...Can you tell me the fuel sending unit you got. Mine was 7.5 inch i think self calibrating ..lol...yeah right...I need to call cause it doesnt quite get to all the way full..

I did not get the gps speedo...I wanted to... it would've been easier..I went with electrical..I was worried about the same thing "losing signal" and I wanted to get in and go.lol..waiting to acquire signal didn't appeal to me...even if its only seconds..I'm silly like that..lol..post a pi...
