Thanks for the input, all. Going to start with replacing the floats and the accelerator pump and see where that takes me.

Hesitation taking off at low RPM
Hey all- '57 e-code here. Car starts and idles very well, but have been having the annoyance of hesitation (almost to the point of stalling) when I first press the gas to take off from a stop around 2,000 RPM). Goes away as RPMs increase and pulls quite well at high RPM. Thoughts on where to trouble...

The proper filter is 3" diameter. My car did not have a filter at all and that didn't cause any issues as far as frothy fluid or anything else. I put in a proper filter and it's been fine with the filter too. If the fluid gets too low, that could cause it to suck air. I would think that would ...

Noticed a power steering leak from the top of my fluid reservoir, and when I turn the wheel all the way it started literally spraying out of the top hole. Need help with identifying trans part: '57 FOM
Hey all- just purchased a '57 e-code and am getting an auto trans fluid leak. Appears to be seeping out of the pictured location below, but cannot find the name of this part. Any help would be much appreciated.
