I will be parting out a complete 1966 thunderbird new 390 motor,rebuilt trans,front clip, doors, interior complete black,speed control,please call with needs car is in brooklyn park mn 55445,Aaron 612-203-2769 I will be keeping what I need to finish my 66 coupe then selling everything else....I will post pics later today

I need cruise control steering wheel complete,also seat belt relay.Also on speed cotrol I need the rod and pivot from carb to the throttle linkage ( has a slot at the carb) Do you have these and how much?? Thanks Rene

Is that 390 engine an original '66? Whats the build date on that car? How much you asking for it?

Kenny are you looking for just an engine or a entire car? I have a good running 390 out of a 64, I could check build date on that one if interested.

I am looking for a date correct 390 for a '66. Casting date needs to be between 9/65 & 11/65 as my '66 was built on 12/07/65. Right now I have a truck 390 with casting date of 04/67.

Pete the car being parted out is a '66, which has a totally different center section than your '64.

I have an NOS center Thunderbird nameplate if you're interested as well as NOS tail light lenses. PM me and let me know.

Thanks. Yep, the emblem's are different but I think the assembly parts are the same (retainer plate, mounting pad and center housing) which are totally rusted on mine. So I need to find the whole works.

Nope, it's '65 that is the same except for the emblem. '66 has a full-width tail light with the reverse lights built into the center section:
